Brent Bassett is an American Businessman, Father, and Visionary. He has created several successful entities including ArrowCore Group in 2012. Through mentorship and his bottom up management style Bassett has brought together teams of leaders who work collectively to grow and build innovative creative technology solutions across the world. Bassett is native of Georgia before graduating from University of Georgia with a Communications degree. Later while pursuing early entrepreneur dreams Bassett took part in Global eCommerce Program through Georgia State University which leveraged him the opportunity to complete his MBA alongside other global business leaders. Bassett learned the importance of building global relationships with like minded entrepreneurs. This led to establishing ArrowCore Group a trusted name in the technology staffing and consulting industry. Over time the vision and scope has expanded to include the creation of a Global Delivery Center where ArrowCore Technologies hosts managed services for an array of technologies. Bassett is a philanthropist who works with several organizations he is passionate about. Bassett also works to play and is avid Snowboarder, mountain biker, and enjoys anything involving water (surfing, SUP, wake and kite surfing).

Rohit is a results driven, self-motivated and tech-savvy, thorough professional with over 10 years’ experience in Consulting Practice. He leads and grows all sectors of the IT Consulting and Staffing Business to make it dynamic and progressive. He is a solutions oriented management professional and handles Indian Centre of Excellence and delivery of multiple IT Projects concurrently. He offers an array of skills in delivery management, business development, team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement and talent acquisition. He holds Master Degree of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource and Information Technology along with Bachelor Degree of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering. He loves going on vacation with his wife Mamta and daughter Twisha. He has three dogs, Fluffy, Flora and Jill and he is an avid dog lover and zoophilist.

With over 11 years technology staffing experience, Aaron has held positions with both publicly held and start-up organizations focused on delivering staffing, IT consulting and managed services.
An expert at developing new business and forging strong relationships with both clients and business partners, alike, Aaron offers a unique sense of sales leadership and operational excellence refined in both starting and helping scale organizations.
Having been referred to by peers as “the heart of the organization” and “a servant leader”, Aaron credits his “integrity first” and “lead from the front” philosophies to his small-town upbringing in rural Texas and his early experience as a US Marine.
During his off hours, Aaron can usually be found outdoors with his wife, 2 kids and @Austin.the.golden who all enjoy any type of outdoor activity (and finding the best secret spot for street tacos).

Lisa Sharpenberg, Director of Business Development at ArrowCore Group has over 12 years’ experience within the IT staffing and consulting industry. She is a very reliable, positive, self-motivated sales executive and leader. Over her tenure, she has focused on creating excellent relationships with her clients, customers and candidates to help insure and fulfill her clients needs and expectations. She has worked with Fortune 100 companies as well as smaller, newer organizations across the country. Lisa’s background involves working within different industries however, working within technology in staffing and consulting seems to be where she excels the most. Lisa has a B.A. in Communications with a Minor in Marketing from Auburn University. Outside of work, she enjoys being with her husband, Mike and 2 children, Kinsley and Tyler as well as her 2 dogs, Molly and Duke. Lisa currently resides in Woodstock, GA and enjoys traveling, wine tasting, tennis, yoga, skiing and being at the lake or near the ocean.

Kim has been the Controller at ArrowCore Group since 2017. She brought with her over 20 years of Corporate Accounting experience. Kim attended Florida Atlantic University and has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Kim moved to Atlanta 6 years ago after spending most of her life in South and Central Florida. She’s been married to her husband Dave for 24 years and has two amazing kids, Cassidy and Caden. In her spare time she enjoys going to CrossFit, volunteering with her church, and hiking the beautiful North Georgia mountains with her family.
